My MCP Server — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to My MCP Server, a privately operated personal automation and data-management application by De-Mono. Its public informational pages do not require an account or login.

1. Purpose

My MCP Server enables the account owner to connect Google Sheets and Google Drive to private tools and MCP-compatible clients, perform authorized data-management tasks, and run owner-configured personal workflows.

2. Authorization and permissions

My MCP Server accesses Google services only using permissions granted through Google OAuth or other valid authorization. The user decides whether to grant or revoke each available permission. Access to a private Google account or content is not provided to the public through this website.

3. Permitted use

The application is intended for personal use by its operator or expressly authorized users. Users must have permission to access or modify any data they request My MCP Server to process and must comply with applicable law and third-party service terms. Automated modifications to Google Sheets or Drive can affect stored content; users should review operations and maintain backups where appropriate.

4. External services

Google APIs and any connected MCP client or AI assistant are independent services governed by their own terms, permissions, and privacy rules. My MCP Server is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. See the Privacy Policy for how requested Google data can reach connected clients.

5. Availability and changes

My MCP Server is provided for personal use without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be discontinued. Access may depend on Google APIs and the status of the user’s authorization.

6. Security and responsibility

The account owner is responsible for reviewing granted permissions, protecting account and server access, verifying the correctness of automated operations, and maintaining suitable data backups.

7. Privacy and revocation

Data-handling practices are described in the My MCP Server Privacy Policy. Google account permissions may be revoked via Google Account connections.
